Playa Flamenca is a quite residental area just 10 minutes drive south of Torrevieja. It is a non-commercialised area, but near to all the required holiday facilities; blue-flag beachs, championship golf, tennis, water sports, aqua parks, and go-carting. Playa Flameca offers thousands of holiday rental homes, from townhouses, duplexes, apartments and detached villas. Most of these holiday rentals are newly built within the past 5 years and offer high quality build and finishing, usually coming with a private solarium and a communal pool (ideal for the kids) and will mostly all be within a short walk to the local shops and amenities. Playa Flamenca is a largely British residencial area & offers a good selection of restaurants & bars to suite all tastes and age groups. Playa Flamenca itself has 2 sandy blue flag beaches with many more available a short drive away. A 20 to 25 minute walk is about as far as you can get from the 2 beaches in Playa Flamenca.

There is a very popular large Street Market held on Saturdays from 8.am till approx 2.pm. seling a wide variety of Souvenirs, Leather goods, Clothes, Pottery, & fresh Fruit & Veg.
Golf & Other Sports
For golfers there are 3 professional level golf courses such as Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor all within a 15 minute drive. Other sporting activities nearby include; Tennis, Horse Riding & various Watersports. Other activities in the Area include Tennis, Children's Play Area, Bike Rental and Go-Karting. Horse Riding, Water Sports, Water Parks are a short drive away.
Commercial Centres & Bars, Restaurants
Playa Flamenca has numerous commercial centres, the largest complex in the area being Flamenca Beach, within an easy 15-20 min stroll from almost anywhere in Playa Flamenca. Three levels of Restaurant, Bars, Cafes and Shops, with something to suit every taste. Including Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Indian, Hungarian and other types of Restaurants, Burgers & Pizza Bars.
